Accessibility statement
Last updated Oct 24, 2026
LeisureNexus wants everyone to be able to use our website, the back office, the register and the pages your customers see, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or high contrast.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and controls are checked for colour contrast every time the software is built.
- Every screen is checked for accessibility problems (labels, picture descriptions, roles, keyboard use) every time the software is built.
- Forms have visible labels; errors are announced to screen readers.
- The back office and the owner console have a "Skip to main content" link; pop-up windows keep keyboard focus inside and close with Escape.
- Light and dark modes, and the register's large touch targets.
Known limits
- Signatures for deliveries and intake forms are drawn on a touch screen; a photo can be used instead for deliveries.
- Maps and directions open in Google Maps, which has its own accessibility.
- Charts in reports also show their numbers in tables.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, write to support from the Helper (Contact support) or email support@leisurenexus.com, say which page and what happened, and we'll answer within two business days.
