What is LeisureNexus?
LeisureNexus is a cloud POS and ERP platform for US businesses. The same system runs the register, fuel pumps, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, wholesale, manufacturing, accounting and workforce — you switch on the modules you need.
Which businesses is it for?
It was built first for convenience stores and gas stations, and includes dedicated modes for restaurants and cafés, salons and services, retail shops, wholesale distributors, manufacturers and multi-store enterprises.
Does the register work without internet?
Yes. The register keeps selling offline and stores sales on the device. They are sent automatically when the connection returns and every price is re-checked by the server. Card payments need a connection.
What hardware do I need?
Any Windows PC, Android POS terminal or tablet with Chrome or Edge. LeisureNexus works with ESC/POS receipt printers, cash drawers, USB and Bluetooth scanners, Zebra label printers, customer displays, cloud card readers and supported pump controllers and tank gauges.
Can I move from Clover or another POS?
Yes. Items can be imported from a spreadsheet (up to 100,000 rows) and we can import a Clover inventory export directly, including barcodes, departments and tax rates.
Pricing & plans
How is LeisureNexus priced?
Per store per month: POS $39, ERP $79, or POS + ERP $99. POS includes 2 registers per store and POS + ERP includes 3. Extra registers are $15 per month and the fuel add-on is $49 per fuel store per month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new businesses get a 30-day trial. Book a demo and we will set it up with you.
Do I have to use LeisureNexus Payments?
LeisureNexus Payments is built in for card readers, EBT, tips, cash discount and pay at the pump. Contact us for a rate quote based on your volume.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Everything runs on one platform, so moving from POS to POS + ERP simply switches the extra modules on. Your data stays where it is.
Security & privacy
Is my data safe?
Each business is isolated at the database level, sensitive details are encrypted, back office sign-in supports two-step verification, and every important action is written to an activity log that cannot be edited.
Can support see my account?
Only when you allow it — for 1 hour, 24 hours or 3 days — and you can end it at any time. Support can never see passwords, PINs or payment keys.
