Overview
The fuel add-on connects LeisureNexus to your pump controller and tank gauge through the store agent. Cashiers authorize, stop and settle pumps from a live pump bar; managers set prices, watch tanks and see margin per gallon.
Live pump bar
See every pump's state and amount; authorize, stop, resume or Stop all.
Prepay and postpay
Prepay authorizes the pump after payment; unused prepay is refunded the way it was paid.
Pay at the pump
Outdoor card readers pre-authorize a hold and capture only what was pumped.
Price changes
Cash and credit prices per grade, scheduled to the minute and sent to the pumps.
Tanks and deliveries
ATG or stick readings, deliveries with BOL, book stock, variance and low-tank alerts.
Fuel rewards and fleet
Cents-off-per-gallon for loyalty members; fleet cards with driver, vehicle and odometer prompts.
Margin by grade
Weighted average cost, margin and cents per gallon; meters vs POS gallons.
Controller drivers
PTS-2 and Veeder-Root drivers, plus plugins for other brands.
