Rent tools, equipment or bikes by the hour, day or week, with deposits, damage checks and late fees.
Overview
Give items rental rates and a deposit, add each numbered unit you own, and book, hand over and check in rentals at the register. Units are never double-booked, late time is charged by itself and the deposit pays any charges first.
Hour, day and week rates
The rent is the cheapest mix of the rates you set.
Numbered units
Bike 1, Bike 2 — each with its serial number and status.
Book or hand over
Book ahead with or without a deposit, or hand over and ring up now.
Deposits
Taken with the rent; late and damage charges come off it first.
Check-in and damage check
Came back fine or damaged, with a charge and a note; damaged units go to maintenance.
Automatic late fee
Time past the due time and grace minutes, at the same rates.
Refund the rest
What's left of the deposit back in cash or as store credit.
Availability calendar
Every unit by day, overdue ones in red, and every rental contract.
