One system instead of five subscriptions
Most stores pay for a POS, then accounting software, a scheduling app, add-ons for online orders and loyalty, and something else for stock. LeisureNexus does all of it in one place, priced per store, so it usually costs about half.
What the same store pays
Software only, per month, for one store that needs the same things from us and from the market.

The costs that don't show on the price page
With many systems the monthly price is the smaller part of the bill.
Hidden processing markup
Many POS systems charge a flat card rate that hides their markup. On $50,000 a month in card sales, 0.3% more than you need to pay is $150 a month. LeisureNexus Payments is interchange-plus: the card networks' cost passes straight through, our markup is shown on every statement, and your rate is quoted from your own statement.
Per-device and per-user fees
Extra terminals often cost $40 a month each, and back-office software is commonly charged per user. We charge $15 for each extra register and nothing per user: add every manager, cashier and bookkeeper.
Add-on creep
Online ordering, loyalty, marketing and inventory are often sold one by one, taking software to $300–$400 a month. Here they're part of the plan.
Contracts and setup
Hardware leases of three years, paid onboarding by the hour and long contracts are common. LeisureNexus is month to month, sets up in days and runs on Windows PCs and Android terminals you may already own.
Price rises
One popular accounting package raised its prices by up to 22% in August 2026. Accounting is already part of LeisureNexus.
Making systems talk
Separate products mean exports, imports and connectors that break. One platform means a sale updates the stock, the books, the commission and the reports at once.
