Start a free trial

  1. Open leisurenexus.app/signup (or Start free trial on this website).
  2. Step 1 — your business: business name, what you sell (Retail, Food and drink, Services, Gas station) and how the ERP should work.
  3. Step 2 — your first store: store name, city, state and time zone, and the plan you want to try.
  4. Step 3 — your login: your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters with a letter and a number. Tick that you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then Create my account.

You are signed straight in. The trial lasts 30 days and needs no card. Everything in your plan works during the trial.

Tip: Prefer a guided start? Book a demo and we will set up the account with you, import your items and train your staff.

Before the trial ends

You get an email 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends if no payment method is saved.

  • Card or bank account saved (or your account is free of charge): the subscription starts the day after the trial. The first month is billed only for the days you used.
  • Nothing saved: the account is paused. Your data is kept. The owner can still sign in to Billing, and adding a card or bank account resumes everything straight away.

The Billing page

Only the account owner sees Settings → Billing.

PartWhat it does
StatusTrial, active, paid ahead, cancelled or paused, with the next step to take.
Card or bank accountAdd card or bank account opens a secure form. A card works at once. A US bank account is confirmed with two small deposits — enter the First amount and Second amount in cents, or the 6-character code starting with SM from the statement.
Pay automaticallyCharges the saved method when an invoice is issued. If a payment fails, we email you and try again 3 days later, up to 3 tries.
How often you payMonthly, or paid ahead at a discount (below).
Next invoice (estimate)What the next invoice will be, store by store.
InvoicesEvery invoice with period, amount and status; View / print for a printable copy or PDF; Pay now on an unpaid one.
Cancel subscriptionCancel at any time (below).

Monthly or paid ahead

How often you payDiscountHow it works
Monthly—Issued on the 1st for the month before.
Every 3 months5%Paid ahead; the term starts on the 1st after you choose it.
Every year10%Paid ahead; the price is locked for the term.
Every 2 years15%Paid ahead; the price is locked for the term.

Months inside a paid-ahead term are not billed again. A store added during a term gets one invoice for the days left, at the term's price and discount. You get a renewal reminder 30 days and 7 days before a term ends.

Unpaid invoices

Invoices are due 15 days after they are issued. You get reminders before and after the due date. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, the account is paused: only the owner can sign in, to Billing, until it is paid. A bank payment that is still clearing never counts as late.

Cancel any time

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, optionally tell us why, and confirm.

  • During the trial: the account closes at once and nothing is charged.
  • Monthly: everything keeps working to the end of the month; that last month is invoiced as usual.
  • Paid ahead: everything keeps working to the end of the term; there is no refund and no renewal.

Until then, Keep my subscription undoes the cancellation. After an account closes, the owner can still sign in to Billing to pay or print invoices, or choose Start again (billed from that day).

Payment for LeisureNexus software is separate from card processing for your customers' purchases. Your customers' card payments are covered in Payments and card readers.
