Switching from another POS

Items

Export your items from your current POS as a spreadsheet. Use the LeisureNexus import template (Catalog → Items → Import) to map name, department, price, cost, barcode and SKU. The import checks every row before anything is saved and runs in the background with progress. If you are moving from Clover, send us your inventory export — we import it directly with barcodes, departments and tax rates.

Customers

Catalog → Customers → Import matches by loyalty number, phone or email, so re-running an import updates rather than duplicates.

Opening stock

Count your shelves with a full count (ERP → Inventory → Counts) on your first day, or import quantities with the items.

Run side by side

Many stores pair one LeisureNexus register first, train staff on it for a day, then switch the remaining lanes.
