Connect Shopify, WooCommerce and shipping labels
Sync items, stock and orders with Shopify or WooCommerce, buy shipping labels at live carrier rates with Shippo, and check what each connection sent.
Where to find it
Administration → Integrations. Each card shows whether it is connected, when it last sent, any problem, and Activity: what it sent and why anything failed (Only problems filters).
Shopify
- In Shopify, make a custom app (Settings → Apps → Develop apps) with the scopes write_products, write_inventory, read_locations and read_orders, and copy its Admin API access token.
- Connect Shopify: your Shopify address and the token.
- On items you sell online, tick Sold online. They go to Shopify with name, description, price, SKU, barcode and picture.
- Stores: where orders are recorded, and which Shopify location each store's stock goes to.
Every 5 minutes, new paid orders come in as web orders — stock and books move like any sale, and you pack and ship them from Web shop — then changed items and stock go out.
Example: a Shopify order for 2 bags of chips lowers the store's stock and shows as Web order 1004 (Shopify #1001).
LeisureNexus is the master: change prices and stock here, not in Shopify.
WooCommerce
Connect WooCommerce: your shop's https address and a Read/Write REST API key (WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API). It works like Shopify, with one stock number per item taken from the store you choose.
Shipping labels (Shippo)
- Connect Shippo with your Shippo API token (a shippo_test_ token only makes test labels).
- Usual box: the box size used for rates.
- Web shop → Charge live carrier rates: customers see USPS, UPS and FedEx prices for their address at checkout and pick the speed; free shipping over an amount still applies.
- On a web order, Buy label… shows live rates, buys the label (paid from your Shippo account), opens it to print, marks the order shipped with the tracking number and emails the customer. Wholesale Pack and ship has Buy label too.
Tracking is checked every hour: delivered web orders close and the customer gets a "delivered" email.
Example: the customer picks UPS Ground for $12.30; you buy that label from the order in one click.
Delivery apps
DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub connect under Point of sale → Delivery apps — see Food and drink.
Coming soon
QuickBooks Online: each store's finished day sent to QuickBooks every night as one journal entry. Until then, Accounting → Export for your accountant has a QuickBooks Online format.
Something else?
The Developer API and signed webhooks connect any other system.
App marketplace
Administration → App marketplace: apps made by our partners. Each shows what it will be able to see and change; tick that you allow it and Install. Remove stops its access at once.
Your BI tools
Power BI, Looker Studio and Excel can read your sales, items, stock and customers from read-only feeds, and a nightly export can fill your own data warehouse (see Reports).
