Open online ordering and your web shop

Online ordering (order ahead)

1. Open Point of sale → Online ordering and switch it on.
2. Choose your page address, the "ready in" minutes and a note for customers.
3. Choose Payment: off (pay at pickup), optional or required.
4. Share the link. New orders chime on the register and show in Orders → New online, with the customer's phone and pickup time.

Web shop

1. Open Point of sale → Web shop and switch it on.
2. Mark the items you sell online (Sold online) — from the item form or with a bulk action — and add weights for shipping.
3. Choose pickup and/or shipping (flat rate, per pound, free over an amount).
4. Work orders from the same page: Packed → Ship (carrier and tracking number, emailed to the customer) or Ready for pickup → Picked up. Cancel & refund returns the money and the stock.

Waitlist and QR ordering

• Turn on Waitlist online to let guests join from their phone. At the register, Waitlist lets the host add parties, text "your table is ready" and seat them.
• Turn on Order from the table and print QR codes from Floor plan. Orders go straight onto the table's open order.
