What you get

Every plan runs many stores from one login. The Enterprise ERP profile adds Approvals and Cost centers; Head office compares every store side by side.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Administration → Your business → ERP profile Enterprise (for approvals and cost centers).
  2. Administration → Stores: add each location; mark warehouses with This is a warehouse.
  3. Overview → Head office → Store groups: regions, districts or brands.
  4. Head office → Copy setup between stores: when opening a store, copy sales tax, sale hours, quick keys and prices from an existing one.
  5. Staff & roles: give district managers a role at their stores only — they will not see other stores' numbers.
  6. Overview → Approvals → Approval rules: e.g. purchase orders above $5,000 need the owner; nobody approves their own request.
  7. ERP → Cost centers: codes such as "Catering" or "Region North" to tag journal lines and see a P&L for each.
  8. Owner security page: Require two-step sign-in for managers.
